Used youtube video https://youtu.be/tWpWlsG-iX0 titled "Minecraft Super Compact automatic smelter sytem!!" to try and make auto smelter while in creative mode.
Last step was to place a lever in the right corner near the right chest as you face the build.
Changed mind and removed the lever.
Ticking sound audible where it wasnt before with lever in place
Two other players experienced the same death "suffocated in walls" recurring death.
Only way is to go into creative quickly but unable to place or affect blocks in anyway. Can hit other animals or entities.
Going into survival mode invokes the suffocating death bug.
Tried backing up file and using on another computer, same bug.
Only affects that world, no other saved world affected.

I am trying to upload the videos but theyre 406mb each so too large for upload on this site. My 8 year old son discovered the issue. It resets the world border size and location during the error. Once I changed the size to larger than where I was it worked normal in that area. I will take screen shots of both areas to let you know and hopefully make the video smaller.
Please attach screenshots or video depicting the issue with the debug screen (F3) enabled.
