Enchanted carved pumpkin will drop un-enchanted when placed

Excuse my boldness, but I'd say this differs; unlike all other blocks, carved pumpkins (and heads/skulls) can be enchanted in survival. I'd suggest splitting that report up into 2 reports, names and enchantments (as the latter is creative only for all but head/skulls and carved pumpkins)
