Some blocks are vanishing instantly after being placed. the eg-fletching table got bugged after placing near a villager to give it a job.

Sorry, but there isn't a fixed timing to predict when will it happen. The bug in my single-player survival 1.16.5 led me to report it.

Please provide some screenshots or videos of this issue occurring whilst the F3 debug screen is enabled.
