can't run minecraft

What I expected to happen was...:
I wanted to play minecraft

What actually happened was...:
Minecraft never run correctly. I just bought it yesterday but only had the possibility of trying the demo mode. Even the demo mode crashed after one hour.
Today, I tried again but the demo mode crashed immediately.
