Cocoa beans aren't affected by the fortune enchantment

Reproduce

  • Place some Cocoa beans

  • Grow them to age 2

  • Break them
    ✔ You get 3 Cocoa beans

  • Break them with a fortune 3 axe (since that is the required tool for Cocoa)
    ❌ Notice you still get 3 Cocoa beans

Expected Result

They would be affected by fortune since they drop multiple cocoa beans when broken
