So, this is a very minor glitch, and very likely unimportant as the Minecraft developers have loads of work they are doing, I am sure, but here it is: In creative, if you are flying, and you use an ender pearl to teleport yourself into a one block space, and then you leave that one block space, you will remain flying in the crawling position. I believe that you may not continue in that position unless there is a block above you, but that may not be the case.
