[MC-236202] Frame and crossbow with fireworks bug

What I expected to happen was...:
A crossbow with a salute was to be displayed in a frame.

What actually happened was...:
The crossbow is displayed in a frame without fireworks.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Need to take a crossbow and fireworks.
2. Next, you need to charge the crossbow with this fireworks.
3. Next, you need to put this crossbow with firework in a frame.
