The "minecraft:item.book.page_turn" sound isn't played when switching between pages in books through using the PAGE UP or PAGE DOWN keys

The Bug:

The "minecraft:item.book.page_turn" sound isn't played when switching between pages in books through using the PAGE UP or PAGE DOWN keys.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Obtain a book and quill and open it.

2. Press the PAGE UP key or the PAGE DOWN key to navigate between pages and listen closely as you do this.

3. Take note as to whether or not the "minecraft:item.book.page_turn" sound is played when switching between pages in books through using the PAGE UP or PAGE DOWN keys.

Observed Behavior:

The "minecraft:item.book.page_turn" sound isn't played.

Expected Behavior:

The "minecraft:item.book.page_turn" sound would be played.
