[MC-236562] My F3 key (Debug Screen) doesn't work in Minecraft

I have been attempting to get another bug issue resolved but am unable to do so because I can't see my bug screen. I have used the FN, Shift, Alt, Ctrl keys with the F3 and just the F3 key and the bug screen doesn't come up.

Is your hotbar and hand item shown? if not, press f1. Do also note that bedrock edition does not have a debug screen.

I'm unable to reproduce this issue in both 1.17.1 and 21w42a. The F3 debug screen seemed to function normally and no issue was apparent.
