Carpet on fence post allows user to jump on to it

Works As Intended

When carpet is placed on a fence post, a user can jump on to it. This is bad because in order for anyone to enter a fences off area, all they need is a price of carpet

Confirmed, but to get over a fence one block of wool is enough, even cheaper than a carpet.

Yes I know, but one needs two blocks of wool to get a carpet but only one block to get over the fence.
