Ravagers still attack baby Villagers

This snapshot changed illagers (Evokers, Vindicators, Pillagers, Illusioners, and Vexes) so that they would leave baby  villagers alone. However, Ravagers still go after baby villagers. While I'm sure this is a bug, it could also be due to the fact that Ravagers aren't considered illagers (for some reason). However, this leaves a inconstancy amongst the raiders, and may cause a raid loss because one mob still targets baby villagers
