[MC-236904] Extreme Hills and Gravelly Hills are still called Mountains and Gravelly Mountains

On the Second experimental snapshot for 1.18, there is a change in the names of the Mountain biome and the Gravelly mountains. They were renamed to the Extreme hills and Gravelly. However in 21w37a the amendments were reverted back to pre 1.17 names.
