I don’t know if this falls under parity, ‘cause this falls under the grey area of parity.
Not too long ago, in bedrock 1.16.100, it was made that raiders can drop a damaged iron pickaxe (has a 50% chance of being enchanted).
The reward systems differs between those versions; In Java, villagers give rewards, while in Bedrock raiders drop rewards.
However, if I look at the parity guidelines, this should classify as a valid parity issue.
Steps to reproduce:
Start a raid
Kill raiders
Look at the drops from the mobs
Intended result:
Raiders should drop a iron pickaxe at one point
Observed result:
Raiders don’t drop a iron pickaxe
One way of fixing this would be to port the additional mob loot from the raiders existing in bedrock edition over to Java edition.

Confirmed with 1.20.2 and 23w40a
Also, please remove the "bedrock-parity" label. This is because "vanilla-parity" plays a role in this issue.
Also, since Bedrock is dropping pickaxes, please add "pickaxe" to the list. Thank you in advance.
@unknown, you can request these types of things to be added in the Mojira Discord. 😃
I can confirm that on java(1.17.1) raiders don't drop damaged pickaxes
