My friends can't join any server with good internet, they can't see my skin or cape ,see below, my friend said the server is online

The error message is nothing like this: , and none of my friends can see my skin or cape and yes they appear as steve and alex
It appears that in the screenshot you've attached, you're using a modified instance of Minecraft. With that being said, does this issue occur under a vanilla environment?

However, this issue is Invalid.
Your game, launcher or server is modified.
If you can reproduce the issue in a vanilla environment, please recreate the issue.
Any non-standard client/server/launcher build needs to be taken up with the appropriate team, not Mojang.
Any plugin issues need to be addressed to the creator of the plugin or resource pack.
If you have problems on large servers, such as The Hive and Hypixel, please contact them first as they run modified server software.

Are there any error messages that you receive upon attempting to join servers? Also, what do you mean by players "can't see your skin or cape"? Does your skin appear as steve or alex? Any additional details would be useful and greatly appreciated. Thanks! 😃
