Migration Cape

I migrated my Mojang account but I didn't get the migration cape. Now if I log in with mojang account then it says I don't own MC, and if I log in with my Microsoft account, it's all good. Please tell me how to get the migration cape.

Launcher skin settings, enable cape.
In-game skin settings, turn cape on.

you only get a migrator cape if you bought your account before December 2020
