Auto Jump doesn't work when jumping from one powder snow block to another while wearing leather boots

Reproduce

Build a powder snow stair case
Put on leather boots
Walk to the powder snow

Observed Result

You don't jump onto the powder snow

Expected Result

You would jump onto the powder snow

Confirmed in vanilla 21w41a. The reporter likely means auto jump doesn't work on powder snow. I think that's intended, because otherwise auto-jump mechanic would have to check if the player is wearing leather boots, and that's not a good idea.

To answer the other questions, you need to hold spacebar to get on top of powder snow if you are wearing leather boots. It's also intended that wearing any leather armor prevents you from freezing.
