[MC-237518] When constantly switching and item from offhand to mainhand and then dropping one of the items, occasionally it will make a visual glitch looking like the item/s have duplicated

If you try to pick up these items from your inventory they instantly disappear. This is though purely a visual glitch.

I have heard of phantom blocks but never phantom items.
