Warped Forest generation appears to be bugged, with only twisting vines generating. No warped fungus appears to be spawning at all. The following images were taken in a freshly generated world in 21w39a, at 3 separate coordinates. The surrounding areas resemble that of nether wastes with the occasional patch of twisting vines.
