[MC-238091] Nether biomes not generating

Nether biomes aren't generating but the fog and the particles indicates that there are biomes around

Also when I press f3 it says that for example I am in a crimson forest but I'm in nether wastes

I don't know if the issue exists in the end too

In the end dimension obsidian pillars don't generate except if I reaspawned the dragon.

Hope you fix this in the next snapshot
