[MC-238220] Bottles of enchanting don't get affected by soul sand bubble columns

I was playing around with ender pearl statis chambers

When an entity goes down a soul sand water elevator, it lifts up (i tested it with snowballs, eggs, items, ender pearls) and it works....but it doesnt work for xp bottles
