so then when I log in to mine craft in the mod pack it ether makes a skyblock land but with no block that can can mine also I cant open any thing on the island I make and the second one is it makes my land that I made and all the mobs are gone also it includes blocks that are on its only me and my inventory but if i make a new world it goes away but when I delete that game with the bug it goes to the other game I created

Your game, launcher or server is modified.
If you can reproduce the issue in a vanilla environment, please recreate the issue.
Any non-standard client/server/launcher build needs to be taken up with the appropriate team, not Mojang.
Any plugin issues need to be addressed to the creator of the plugin or resource pack.
If you have problems on large servers, such as The Hive and Hypixel, please contact them first as they run modified server software.
