[MC-238554] error when starting snapshots

when starting the game the message pops up saying

"Error: Could not create the Java Virtual Mashine.

Error: A fatal exception has occured. Program will exit."

when you close the window the launcher opens again and sais there was a game crash with exit code 0

i have tried to reinstall the game, to run it as admin and to install java seperately. always the same message.

affected versions 21w37a, 21w38a, 21w39a and 21w40a

there are no crashes for that period of time. ive uploaded the launcher log
