[MC-238637] Spawn in a cave without exit

I created a new hardcore world in 21w40a and I was standing in almost full of water cave. As a result I died trying to escape.
Seed is 1367778065910323219. Successfully reproduced it! Took me around 400 tries to respawn on that spot.
