Unable to connect to any multiplayer

4 days ago I bought game pass ultimate on my xbox, and soon after buying it I found that I couldn't enter any world created by any friend (despite being able to connect smoothly to servers) on minecraft. I've been trying for 4 days to play with my friends, and whenever I enter the message "unable to connect to the world" appears. I tried everything: I bought the IOS version of the game and created a brand new account on it, and the bug still persisted, I can log into servers but not any world.
