[MC-238922] Unusual number of bees spawning over ocean

There are about six bees in this screenshot, none of them appear connected to any beehive, they fail to pathfind away from the water toward a flower and simply hover aimlessly over the water. They're not dipping into the water and taking damage but they are struggling to find their way back to land.
