[MC-238940] typing /locate buried_treasure disables cheat commands until game reload

In game seed -7874984335423074128, when I type /locate buried_treasure, it disables cheat command functionality.

When I close the world and reload it, I can use cheat commands again, until I type the text above.

I have been able to use that command in other seeds using 21w41a without an issue.

I have not tested all possible cheat commands.
