[MC-239086] Minecraft launches but at the end of the loading bar it says not responding

when i launch minecraft from the latest version of the launcher and it loads properly until when the loading bar gets stuck and the window outline in perentesis it says not responding and i reinstalled minecraft and updated my graphics drivers and re-started my pc and minecraft still wont load i also removed forge and my mods i also receive exit code -805306369
