[MC-239282] Performance loss after using OpenGL 3.2 core profile

Upon running minecraft my ram shoots up to 100% and the game has seriouse preformance issue

I have attempted some solutions but with limited effects. The issue seems to something to do with openjdk binary platforms as that is the app minecraft runs (since 1.17). I have tried to chnage my enviromental variables so that it runs on java but despite changing the Path and Temp parts it still run on openjdk.

Before the 1.17 update i was able to run minecraft on max settings but now even the lowest are extremely lagy...
