[MC-239323] Content lost on server when migrating to Microsoft account

I migrated to a Microsoft from Mojang today. When I logged back into a server that I've been playing for weeks, all of my items, enchanting points, and achievements were gone.

Are you sure you're using the same account? ~~Are there multiple playerdata files in the~~ <world>/playerdata/ ~~folder?~~
