Generally speaking, when a potion or arrow hits big_dripleaf, it will drop immediately.
In other words, if the player stands on big_dripleaf it will slowly fall.
But if the player stands on top of big_dripleaf and waits until big_dripleaf starts to fall, throw a bottle of potion or arrow at the right time, it will immediately drop down, but it will return to its original condition within half a second. It means that when big_dripleaf starts to fall, if there is something that makes big_dripleaf hang directly to the bottom, it will immediately hang down and restore its original condition within half a second.
