[MC-239464] End Portal Bug

What I expected to happen was...:
I should be able to throw a pearl through the teleporter and go into the rest of the end

What actually happened was...:
The pearl that you have to throw to get into the rest of the end dimension goes through the teleporter

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go up to the portal in the end that takes you to the rest of the end dimension
2. Throw a pearl into the teleporter
3. Nothing happens and the pearl goes through the teleporter

It only affects it sometimes

This is possibly a duplicate of MC-114566. The only difference that I can think of is that MC-114566 refers to going back to the central End island, but this bug is for going to the outer islands.
