World connection across devices ISO

This is regarding Minecraft for ISO devices in Minecraft for android via Google play.
And the new update 1.17.40 and how it fucked over everybody.

No matter if you are logging in through Xbox or another third-party app or data keeper ISO devices no longer can connect to worlds on other ISO devices or through android android cannot connect to ISO devices world servers or anything related either this new update has basically disable the entire ISO branch of Minecraft you cannot access other worlds you can't go to Otherworld you can't go to realms you can't go to servers you are on your world and your world alone and that's it. It's super frustrating that there's a new update caused so many issues all of the articles tell you all these different steps to take and even completing all of them still unable to do anything except for watch my worlds get deleted every time I log in and out trying to fix this crap. 
There is no error code associated if an ISO device attempts to go into a brand new or pre-created world he goes to the dirt screen with white text that says unable to connect to world. I also cannot go to Otherworld's and no one can go to ISO worlds. Everything was working fine yesterday but today I basically got told to go fuck myself. So thanks to the developers who didn't catch this and I hope that it becomes a priority for you to fix because it's frustrating as hell and your 24 hour helpline has no fucking idea what to do.
Please come out with a new update relatively soon that fixes or reverses what the hell you guys released last night.

For contacts I restarted my modem both ISO devices that I attempted to try the sign are up-to-date currently the android device that I attempted this on is also up-to-date both Minecraft account in which I was attempting to communicate between have multiplayer enabled with no restriction I attempted using my cellular device as a hotspot or only using cellular data still didn't work or have an effect. I know I only logged out of Minecraft on the two cellular devices in which I was attempting to communicate between through Minecraft but I also deleted the app and re-download the app re-logged in and still they couldn't communicate with each other. When I say communicate with each other I mean the other Minecraft account on the opposing cellular device was unable to connect to the other cellular device they could not end up on the same world on Minecraft whatsoever. Because I've done everything that your 24 hour helpline said to do and everything that every article written with the last 24 hours has said to do I'm gonna go ahead and take a good guess that it's because of your stupid update that you guys released 1.17.40 that caused this crap and based off of how little I had to type in the Google search bar I'm gonna go ahead and say that I'm not the only person who has an ISO device or who has an android who's having issues with since this new update was released I have already contacted Xbox and they reassured me that it was not them that was having the issue that it was Minecraft itself and their new update I contact to do 24 hour helpline and the "" specialist I was talking to or gamer as you put it was lost and redirected me to someone else because she had no idea what to do. So while I get passed around for the next probably three days I hope that this ends up on somebody's desk and gets fixed
