[MC-239675] Blue Axolotl Not Spawning Naturally Through Command Blocks

When summoning an axolotl via a command block with the command "/summon minecraft:axolotl ~ ~ ~" Blue axolotls do not appear to spawn.

In 1.17.1 The blue axolotl can't not spawn naturally,you must to breeding axolotl than have a small change to spawn a blue one.If you have two blue,

you can breeding a blue 100%

This works as intended due to MC-229299, resolved as "Fixed" in 1.17.1 Pre-release 1.

To spawn blue axolotls via commands, use this instead:

/summon minecraft:axolotl ~ ~ ~ {Variant:4}
