[MC-239693] Piston and Sticky Piston buggé

I discovered a bug with the sticky piston or piston which causes it to stay on with no redstone signal

how to reproduce:

1. place a how to reproduce:

1.place a sticky piston or piston

2.Place 2 redstone blocks on the piston

3.break the bottom and top block

and see that the piston is bugged it is activated without redstone signal

or follow the steps on the photos
