[MC-239894] Sweet berry bushes not spawning or spawning less

I just loaded a few worlds and noticed that the taigas look emptier than usual, and noticed that there weren't any sweet berry bushes. Either they spawn in way less or they just don't spawn in at all

i made sure to check if this bug was already reported, but couldnt seem to find it since i didnt know how to search by affected versions
