The "+" and the hotbar are not showing and I'm not on spectator mode

So when I created a new world in creative mode spawned and the hotbar & the "" (the "" that going in the center of the screen) didn't show up, so I made a new world (still in creative mode) same thing! I'm getting frustrated  😤😩. Can you please tell me how I can get it fixed please! Thank you!
