[MC-2407] Jira Configuration issue Prevents improvement and feature request tags

when trying to post a improvement type ticket i ran into a bug where the issue type menu kept reverting to bug when i clicked off it

actually your wrong jiras handle all of the above and this works with the API and pocket edition sections just not the main release just because you dont use a feature doesent mean it doesent exist or that it is not supposed to be used

No what i mean is all issued specifically for minecraft (codes starting with MC) are only for bugs. Yes the website can support feature requests, but all the mods and devs are using it for, in terms of pc minecraft, are bugs reports. No feature requests or improvements. These should be posted on the minecraft forums.
