A held and activated shield does not stop projectiles e.g. pillagers and skeletons, causing the player holding the shield to lose hp while trying to defend against mobs with it.

I was unable to reproduce this in 1.18 pre-release 5 can you provide some reproduction steps for a clearer understanding of what needs to be done.
