I can't talk on servers then it crashes and when I talk on single player it says ... Cannot send text message. Please help. also it is on all versions that I know of and it happens in each gamemode and all of the commands worck but I just cant talk

Go to chat settings and turn chat on.... So what I mean is that if it says off or commands only change it to chat on. (I'm not sitting at my computer right now, on an ipad so I'm not sure exactly what it's called but I know that you do have to turn it on.
