The Bug:
Sand blocks do not drop when destroying the bottom sand and place a torch very quickly(in very rare cases).
Steps to Reproduce:
Place a pillar of sand blocks.
Destroy the bottom sand and place a torch very very quickly.
Maybe the blocks above won't drop. You should repeat this over and over again to reproduce it.
Expected Behavior:
The sand blocks above should always drop.
Note: It seems to happen only in 1.18(21w44a). In older versions, like 1.17, I've never met the same bug.
