The Bug:

Turtle stuck in the fence

Steps to Reproduce:

Place fences on the north and west sides or place two fences on the north side
If a turtle passes, it will get stuck

This report is invalid as you were running a modified instance of Minecraft at the time of when this issue occurred. In the screenshots you've attached, you're using "Fabric" and this isn't supported nor developed by Mojang Studios. Bugs reports are only valid if the behavior is reproducible in vanilla. 🙂

MC-241141 and this report describe the same issue. However, MC-241141 offers more detailed information to the possible cause of this issue, so I will forward resolve.
