[MC-241257] Blocks at a far distance all show as if they are outlined

Blocks at a far distance show as if they are outlined and looked at directly by the player

What I expected to happen was...:
Smooth transitions without the outline

What actually happened was...:
Outlined blocks

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Find a snowy region
2. Go into the air by using creative mode or building up
3. Look out at the snow
4. See the outlined blocks
