I will have animals in my farm area, but they would start to disappear after some time, not certain what the problem is.

I am not sure where to find the launcher logs, also this is the bedrock edition, not the java edition. I am not certain will that make a difference..

If it is on Bedrock Edition, then please make a new ticket on the Bedrock bug page https://bugs.mojang.com/projects/MCPE/issues/.
