I am unable to install Java Edition fresh on my laptop. The error code is (0x80131505).
I have found a StackOverflow https://gaming.stackexchange.com/questions/391826/unable-to-install-minecraft-java-error-code-0x80131509/391828#391828?newreg=3b0a83ec90f94067aeaa07f05692bde1 exchange that also has this problem, and proposes a solution of updating windows. I have the current build of Windows that is (OS Build 19403.1348).
Down the chain of responses a user reports of your tweet https://twitter.com/MojangStatus/status/1455625487246561282 stating that Non-Gaming pass users are unable to download the game, which would include me. I am providing a pair of screenshots with the error code and windows version below. I can confirm that I can download Minecraft Java Edition for Windows 7/8, but not 10/11.
