[MC-2414] E-mail as username

not sure if this should be posted here, but i couldnt find any way to contact MC about this.

when you create a new account you'll have to give you e-mail, but this will become automatically your ingame username which is a problem to me.

Your email will not become your username, that's just used to log in.

This only ever happened to me after I synced my account with a mojang account. And it only happens when I have no internet and have to play offline.

I guess it's because of the preparations towards name changing. The process will probably be like this:

1. You log into the client.
2. The client downloads your skin and your current username.
3. You play the game with that username.

When there's no internet, the client won't be able to gather your username, and will use the email you entered instead. A fix would be to make the client remember the last username used by that account.
