buried ruined portal

What I expected to happen was...:
The Ruind Portal should be above the ground.

파괴된 포탈이 지상위로 올라와있어야 합니다.

What actually happened was...:

Some Ruind Portals are buried in the ground and cannot be found normally.

몇몇 루인드 포탈이 땅에 파묻혀서 평범하게 찾을 수 없게 되있습니다.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. locate ruined_portal을 사용해서 포탈을 찾습니다.

         {}(Use locate ruined_portal to find a portal.){*}{*}

       **       2. 루인드 포탈이 없다면 멀리가서 다시 찾습니다

         (If it isn't there, go far and find the Ruind Portal again.)

       **       3. 찾은후 tp를 했을때 그것이 지상에 없다면 관전자 모드를 사용해 지하로 갑니다.

          (If it is not on the ground when you tp after finding it, use spectator mode to go                           underground.)

       4. 그러면 루인드포탈이 있을 겁니다.

          (Then there will be a Ruind Portal.)

저는 이 작업을 3번 했고, 3번 다 같은 현상이 있었습니다.

I did this 3 times and the same thing happened all 3 times.
