When I created a new world with the bonus chest option turned on, the chest was generated under powder snow.
How to Reproduce
Create a world with the seed -8484131996793535830 with the bonus chest option.
You can find a chest buried under powder snow on some try.
Expected Result
The bonus chest would be generated on the surface of powder snow.
