It sounds like Community Support may help with this problem. If not they should direct you to Mojang Support. The typical problem is make sure you are using the Microsoft login screen now, not Mojang's.

this is a technical issue therefore this is invalid, However I think I can help. I'm assuming you are still trying to log in via Mojang account. This will not work since you migrated. Select Microsoft account instead. I hope this helped. If this is not why you can't login, I probably sound like I'm assuming your stupid, but I made this mistake several times and so did my best friend.
