window minimised when not selected as focused window

when any window outside the Minecraft window gets used in any way shape or form it will minimize the Minecraft window, which leads gets annoying when for example music programs on a separate monitor get used or an email/message gets used it minimizes the window however in single player it will not pause the game however it will open the pause menu
