Gregory Walls is listed twice in the credits

The bug

In 1.17.1, Gregory Walls appeared under the "Program Managers" title in the "Business & Licensing" section. Now, Gregory appears in the same place as before and also under the "Program Manager" title in the "Mojang Alumni" section.

To reproduce

Either watch the credits until you see Gregory Walls, or just open credits.json and run a search for the "Gregory Walls".

Expected behavior

Every name is listed in the credits exactly once.

Observed behavior

Gregory Walls is listed twice.
